Swedish Massage

Deep Tissue massage sessions involve deeper pressure and stretching techniques, such as trigger point therapy, active/isolated stretching, and myofascial release. These methods help correct chronic soft tissue tension and pain patterns while improving mobility.

Deep Tissue Massage

Manual therapy is a clinically-based massage session. Mobility assessments are utilized to identify the root cause of pain and dysfunction. A personalized session or package is developed based on the intake form and assessment. The session emphasizes on neuromuscular re-education, joint mobilization, manual traction, and lymphatic drainage. Clients are educated on corrective exercises and other therapeutic self-care techniques tailored to their unique body and lifestyle needs, with the goal of enhancing overall wellness and improving their quality of life.
