Massage Fit Life Clinic

Clients enjoy a session of upper body massage and stretching in a massage chair, complemented by aromatherapy. 
Areas of focus are head, neck, shoulders, chest, arms, hands, back and hips.

Chair Massage

Regular massage sessions enhance the body's natural healing abilities. Specifically, Swedish massage has proven to lower stress hormones and boost oxytocin levels, yielding both immediate and sustained benefits. Massage therapists employ a range of techniques designed to calm the nervous system, help eliminate toxins, expedite recovery, and improve the supply of oxygen and nutrients throughout the body.

Swedish/Relaxation

This session includes muscle and nerve testing, as well as mobility assessments, to identify the underlying cause of dysfunction We will also discuss how massage and therapeutic self-care techniques help improve the body's form and function from previous surgeries, myoskeletal problems, sports injuries, mental stress, and daily repetitive movements.

Deep Tissue/Manual Therapy

A 60-minute full-body massage incorporating hot stones on the neck, shoulders, and back. Deep tissue techniques are utilized as necessary to further alleviate hypertonic muscles and reduce pain. The application of hot stones aims to calm the nervous system, bring oxygen and nutrient-rich blood to the focused area for natural healing within the body.

Hot Stone ~ Muscle Melt!

Gua Sha, commonly referred to as body scraping, is a method which induces micro-trauma in specific areas, to activate the body's natural healing process by improving the circulation of oxygenated, nutrient-dense blood to the area of concentration. Deep tissue techniques are integrated when necessary.

Body Scraping

This personalized cupping session aims to alleviate fluid stagnation, release deep seeded adhesions, lessen the visibility of scar tissue, and detoxify trapped impurities. MediCupping is also recognized for its effectiveness in soothing the nervous system.

Experience the tension melt away with this exclusive hot stone deep tissue treatment.

The 60-min session begins with the hot stones followed by deep tissue massage as an area specific application to release chronic tension and pain patterns.

The 90-min session incorporates a full-body massage.

Hot stone massages enhance the flow of oxygen and nutrient-rich blood to the area of focus. This phase is profoundly calming for both the nervous system.

With the pours now open, the body is prepared to absorb the natural pain-relieving ingredients delivered by the Prossage oil. This session incorporates various techniques, including, but not limited to, manual therapy (this requires some client participation), trigger point therapy, and myofascial release.

Deep Tissue Treatment with Hot Stones

This session offers a customized approach to your therapy session, enabling your therapist to choose the modality that best fits your needs at a single price point. The techniques offered include Swedish massage, deep tissue, body scraping, cupping therapy, hot stone application, and aromatherapy.

Customized Therapeutic Session

Utilizing deep tissue techniques, hot towels, and a warming topical analgesic, clients can enjoy a deeper level of tissue tension relief. This is an area specific treatment. You may select from the following areas of focus upon your intake process the day of your session.

Deep Tissue Treatment

Session incorporates table Thai massage, myofascial release, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF),  & Active/Isolated stretches, & passive stretching. Greatly increases flexibility while bringing down pain and stress levels. 
*Client should wear loose fitting clothing.

Stretch & Restore Me

This personalized session is designed to target specific areas, aiming to alleviate fluid stagnation, reduce deep-seated adhesions, minimize the appearance of scar tissue, and detoxify impurities. MediCupping is also known for its ability to calm the nervous system. Thus, alleviating feelings of anxiety.
