This 30 min service is best used as a follow up or maintenance session to an ongoing treatment plan.

Manual therapy is a clinically-based massage therapy. Mobility assessments are utilized to identify the root cause of pain and dysfunction. A personalized session or package is developed based on the intake form and assessment. 

The session emphasizes on neuromuscular re-education, joint mobilization, manual traction, and lymphatic drainage. Clients are educated on corrective exercises and other therapeutic self-care techniques tailored to their unique body and lifestyle needs, with the goal of enhancing overall wellness and improving their quality of life.
